Therapeutic Massage is focused on effecting change within the body while simultaneously inducing relaxation. This is our favorite style of massage at Encanto, because it enables the LMT to really address their clients problem areas.

Therapeutic Massage is customized to suit each clients different issues, injuries, or points of pain. Therapeutic Massage can be a full body session, or more focused on a few specific areas. In this style of massage we use several different modalities to get results, such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, and Myofascial release.​

Manual Lymphatic Drainage, MLD
A gentle, rhythmic technique that supports your body’s natural detox system by encouraging lymph fluid to move through healthy pathways.
Unlike traditional massage, MLD focuses on light, skin-level strokes directed toward the heart to help reduce swelling, ease puffiness, and improve circulation. It’s ideal for clients recovering from surgery, managing fluid retention, or seeking deep cellular support.

Energy Healing
Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing technique that works to restore balance and harmony within the body. Using light touch or hands hovering just above the body, the practitioner channels "universal life force energy" to help clear energetic blockages and support your natural healing process.
Everything in this world is made up of energy, and, in this case, when blockages in the energetic body are created, those blockages then manifest into physical ailments. Reiki helps to clear those imbalances, working especially well alongside massage. While massage releases physical tension, Reiki gives the energetic body space to flow and heal more deeply.

Let’s detox and chill
Add Cupping Therapy to any Therapeutic Massage session. Cupping Therapy is the gentle practice of placing small glass, plastic, or silicon cups on the skin with suction. Originally an ancient Chinese medicine, this practice has been around for thousands of year, but was made more popular in the US during the 2016 Olympics.

​In traditional Chinese medicine, it is taught that cupping can influence the flow of energy or “qi”. Many western practitioners focus more on what the therapy does to muscles and blood flow.At Encanto we use cupping sessions to open up space within our tissues; which increases blood flow, lymphatic drainage (detoxifying), and reduce muscle tension.
