There are no cancellation fees for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before their scheduled time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total price. If a client does not cancel and doesn't show up for their appointment they will be charged full price.

We suggest wearing comfy clothes to your session. During your massage you may keep your underwear on or be fully bare. Your professional licensed massage therapist will use sheets to drape you properly.

We accepts all major credit and debit cards at this time. Some HSA cards do work with our system. If your HSA card isn't compatible with our system we'd have to charge your personal card. You'd then send in your invoice to get the cost covered by your HSA. Please check with your HSA before hand to see if this option works for you.

Encanto Massage is a member of Respect Massage. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session.
