What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

There are no cancellation fees for appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before their scheduled time. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total price. If a client does not cancel and doesn't show up for their appointment they will be charged full price.

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing to your session.

During your massage, you may undress to your level of comfort, this can include keeping your underwear on or removing it. Your licensed massage therapist will always use professional draping techniques with sheets to ensure your privacy, comfort, and modesty throughout the entire session.

If you’re ever unsure or have specific preferences, you’re always welcome to communicate with your therapist. We’re here to make sure you feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Do you accept HSA cards?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards at this time. Some HSA cards do work with our system. If your HSA card isn't compatible with our system we'd have to charge your personal card. You'd then send in your invoice to get the cost covered by your HSA. Please check with your HSA before hand to see if this option works for you.

What is your client conduct policy?

Encanto Massage is a member of Respect Massage. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of an ethical, boundary-driven practice. Respect Massage members have a zero-tolerance policy for solicitations of any kind. Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session.

How soon after surgery should I get Lymphatic Drainage Massage?

Accepted Answer

In most cases, lymphatic drainage massage can begin as early as 3–7 days after surgery, depending on your procedure and your surgeon’s recommendations. Starting early can help reduce swelling, minimize fluid buildup, and support a smoother healing process.

That said, every body and surgery is different. Some clients, especially after more invasive procedures, may be advised to wait a bit longer before beginning treatment. It’s always best to follow your surgeon’s post-op guidelines and get clearance before your session.

At Encanto Massage, we tailor each session to where you are in your recovery. Early sessions are extremely gentle, focusing on reducing inflammation and encouraging proper lymph flow without putting stress on the body.
